Our Story

Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I got my first camera, I became fixated, capturing photos of anything and everything while always searching for ideas on what to shoot. My father previously owned a property management company, Hill Properties, and it was their responsibility to market properties and find tenants.

In 2012, at the age of 13, I offered my help by taking photos and creating marketing videos, some featuring skits with my siblings, which would probably embarrass them if posted online today – haha. I have cherished memories of this time with my father, appreciating that he allowed me to use my passion to bring more exposure to properties online, ultimately finding more tenants!

From a young age, I learned the power of using digital marketing to showcase properties for sale or rent. Fast forward to 2018 – I'm 19 years old, interning as a drone pilot for a music video production company in LA while completing my classes in film, real estate, and finance. During a visit back home, I learned of an agent looking for someone to photograph their new listing, so I reached out and was given a chance. The client loved the photos, leading me to go all-in on starting a real estate media business, dedicating all my time, focus, and energy to this newfound passion.

While success didn't happen overnight, word gradually spread, and individuals started recognizing the value I could provide with high-quality real estate media. As the business grew, it became essential to build a talented team of real estate media specialists. Our focus expanded beyond creating top-tier media to providing a professional and streamlined process for clients, property owners, and tenants. Choosing a real estate media provider means entrusting someone to represent you, both with your clients and in the content posted on the MLS and social media.

We strive to be your trusted partner, understanding that, like you, we are in this for the long game.
